1v1 Meet & “Grip”

•  Proposed starting time - 19:00
•  Please present your e-ticket for verification
• Handshaking time is 30 seconds per person, we will provide alcohol hand sanitizer for each participant beforehand - if you are allergic to alcohol, please inform our staff in advance
• Please follow the queuing instructions of our staff

※One ticket valid for one person only. Holders of S-Tier tickets are required to present e-ticket upon admission, where corresponding hand stripes will be issued on the spot. If you lose the hand stripe, you will be prohibited from entering or re-entering the venue.

※There are no designated seats for all tickets. Running in the venue is prohibited for safety reasons. Please keep your ticket ready for admission checking, no tickets will be reissued if lost. Damaged or unrecognizable tickets will also be refused entry.

※The queuing area is located in the plaza on 1/F outside the building, and the performance venue is on 10/F.  Please wait on 1/F before the opening time following the instructions of our staff, and refrain from going to 10/F without permission. The organizer reserves the right to deny event access of those who violates this rule.

※Any S-Tier ticket holders arriving after 16:30 will not be granted early admission; if you arrive after the opening time, the organizer reserves the right to decide the time of venue entry (arranged during song intermissions).

※S-Tier ticket holders can collect S-Tier Benefits by presenting their hand stripes when entering the venue on 10/F. One person can only receive one copy of S-Tier Benefits, and no replacement will be given to those who do not collect it on site.

※The use of cameras, video cameras, DVs, recorders, etc. is strictly prohibited at the event venue. Photographing, video recording and audio recording are strictly prohibited without permission of the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to ask the offender to leave the venue immediately if he/she fails to comply with staff instructions.

※Food, beverages, any kind of metal, glass, PET containers, laser pens, LED lights, fireworks or any other dangerous objects are prohibited in the venue.

※In case of delays in early admission or opening time of the event, adjustments will be made on the spot. We apologize for any inconvenience caused in advance.

【Reminders for Ticketing】

• The Premium Package can only be purchased and received by those who purchase an entrance ticket. If you purchase the Premium Package without buying an admission ticket, you will be unable to enter.
• Guest tickets are available for purchase. Each guest ticket can only be transferred once via Zaiko. During event admission, please login to your Zaiko account. Screenshots will not be accepted as proof of ID verification.
• Autograph included in the S-Tier Premium will be addressed to the name of the purchaser. Please confirm your Zaiko account name before making a purchase, as no amendments are allowed afterwards. If said account name is deemed inappropriate by the organizer, it will be omitted without prior notice.
• Meet & Greet tickets are only available for purchase by performance ticket holders. More details will be announced soon.
• All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Please note the following

• Ticket allocation will be on real-name lottery basis. Only one participation chance under each real-name. Please ensure you enter your real name before submitting.
• The applicants must hold a performance ticket. Performance tickets are required for entry. Those without them will not be allowed in. 
• During the event, please follow the instructions of the on-site staff to determine the order of the Meet & Greet.
• Please refrain from discussing personal information or engaging in topics that may make others uncomfortable during the Meet & Greet. Participants may be advised to leave if the on-site staff determines that the conversation content is not compliant.
• Photographs or couple shots with the assistance of staff are welcome, yet recording is prohibited during Meet & Greet.

Frequently Asked Question

Q: Are banners, light sticks and other cheering items allowed?
A: Please do not bring oversized cheering items, as they may affect the experience of other participants. If the staff determines that the cheering items may affect others, they may request the participant to put them away.

Q: Are there any dress code restrictions? Can we cosplay?
A: There are no dress code or cosplay restrictions for this event. However, as this is a standing live performance, it is recommended to wear comfortable clothing. If the staff determines that a participant's attire or personal items may affect others, they may request them to leave.
Please note that there will be no changing rooms or luggage storage services available in the event venue.

Q: Can fans organize their own support activities, such as distributing freebies or purchasing large decorative floral arrangements?
