【Reminders for HK Ticketing】

• Guest tickets are available for purchase. Each guest ticket can only be transferred once via Zaiko. During event admission, please login to your Zaiko account. Screenshots will not be accepted as proof of ID verification.
• Autograph included in the S-Tier ticket will be addressed to the name of the purchaser. Please confirm your Zaiko account name before making a purchase, as no amendments are allowed afterwards. If said account name is deemed inappropriate by the organizer, it will be omitted without prior notice.
• Meet & Greet tickets are only available for purchase by performance ticket holders. More details will be announced soon.
• All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Please note the following

• Ticket allocation will be on real-name lottery basis. Only one participation chance under each real-name. Please ensure you enter your real name before submitting.
• The applicants must hold a performance ticket. System will automatically neglect non-holder applications.
• During the event, please follow the instructions of the on-site staff to determine the order of the Meet & Greet.
• Please refrain from discussing personal information or engaging in topics that may make others uncomfortable during the Meet & Greet. Participants may be advised to leave if the on-site staff determines that the conversation content is not compliant.
• Photographs or couple shots with the assistance of staff are welcome, yet recording is prohibited during Meet & Greet.

Frequently Asked Question

Q: When will the event open for entry?
A: The concert officially starts at 6:00 PM. The venue will open for lining up at 5:00 PM. On the event day, please follow the instructions of the on-site staff and queue in an orderly manner.
Additionally, there will be a fan support area and a merchandise area outside the venue, which will be open from 2:00 PM until the end of the event. Participants can take photos freely during these hours.
The 1v1 meet-and-greet session will take place after the performance.

Q: Are banners, light sticks and other cheering items allowed?
A: Please do not bring oversized cheering items, as they may affect the experience of other participants. If the staff determines that the cheering items may affect others, they may request the participant to put them away.

Q: Are there any dress code restrictions? Can we cosplay?
A: There are no dress code or cosplay restrictions for this event. However, as this is a standing live performance, it is recommended to wear comfortable clothing. If the staff determines that a participant's attire or personal items may affect others, they may request them to leave.
Please note that there will be no changing rooms or luggage storage services available in the event venue.

Q: Can the organizer collect fan gifts?
A: The organizer can collect gifts or letters intended for U-san, the band members, or the guest performers. 
Please note that the organizer does not guarantee the successful delivery of the gifts and letters, and they will be thoroughly inspected by the staff and the management team before being forwarded. If the gifts or letters contain any personal information or inappropriate content, they will not be delivered.
The organizer will not collect the following items, including but not limited to: any food, beverages, items with expiration dates, opened items, oversized items, and overly valuable items.

Q: Can fans organize their own support activities, such as distributing freebies or purchasing large decorative floral arrangements?
